I am applying for a Lead Pass to receive verified buyer / seller introductions from Armstrong K9 Registry. I confirm that I am the importer / exporter of record for every animal I move, that I hold or will obtain the regulatory documentation required in every jurisdiction I operate in (including but not limited to CDC Dog Import Permit, USDA APHIS records, IATA Live Animal Regulations compliance, origin-country export permits, airline live-animal approval, and any applicable customs / brokerage filings), and that I carry adequate live-animal liability insurance. I acknowledge that Armstrong K9 Registry is a venue selling me LEADS ONLY: Armstrong does not handle, hold, escrow, or refund any payment between me and my client, is not party to my carriage contract, is not my employer, agent, or partner, and is not responsible for tax, VAT, GST, or any duty in any country I operate in. I am solely responsible for all such obligations. The Lead Pass fees paid to Armstrong — including the $9 one-time verification fee, pay-per-lead charges, prepaid lead-pack credits, monthly or annual Pro subscription, featured placement, or any other Lead Marketplace fee — are for the lead-introduction service only and are non-refundable. Armstrong does not hold or escrow any funds related to my services. My free-tier lead quota is determined by the trust ladder (1 lead/mo at verification; 2/mo after 3 buyer-confirmed deliveries; 4/mo plus featured-eligible after 10) and is not a contractual guarantee. I agree to indemnify Armstrong K9 Registry against any claim, loss, fine, or proceeding arising out of my transport services.
