Armstrong K9 Registry is a venue, not a party to this contract. I acknowledge that Armstrong K9 Registry is a VENUE that introduces independent breeders, buyers, sellers, service providers, transporters, and event hosts to one another. Armstrong is NOT a party to any transaction, sale, breeding, service, booking, transport, or contract arranged through the platform; is NOT the breeder, buyer, seller, service provider, employer, agent, fiduciary, or guarantor of any user; does NOT verify the truth of every claim made by any user; and is NOT legal, veterinary, or financial counsel. Money flows directly between users (via Stripe Connect, escrow, or off-platform); the counterparty user is the merchant of record for their transaction. I use the platform AT MY OWN RISK and accept that Armstrong is not liable for the acts, omissions, fitness, lineage claims, health, temperament, or outcomes of any third party introduced through it. Any contract I enter is between me and the counterparty, governed by the terms we agree to; both sides should consult independent counsel.
